Villa Georgioupolis Beach Haven

Villa Georgioupoli Beach Haven offers you the tranquility and idyllic surroundings you are longing for on a unforgettable holiday in Crete. 

You will enjoy the fabulous seaviews and nearby mountains in an oasis of calm surrounded by olive trees.

The villa was fully renovated and newly furnished in 2015 with a luxurious pool and lounge area which was newly added in the same year.  Your Children will have the time of their lives splashing and playing in the pool whilst you will be able to sunbathe and relax in the lounge area next to them, whilst also keeping an eye on them!

The Villa has two beautifully appointed apartments each with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower whilst the other has a bath-tub on the first floor and both have showers on the ground floor and both bathrooms have WC’s. Also included is free WiFi, Satellite TV and air conditioning in each room. The rooms have balconies or terraces with incredible views of the azure sea and the glorious Cretan mountains.

The kitchens are modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop and ovens, refrigerators with freezer compartments, and all the essential pots, pans, crockery,, dishes, cutlery and glassware you will need plus they also have extractor fans, coffee-makers, electric kettles, juice squeezers and all you would need to create any culinary experience you desire.

The extensive gardens have been newly landscaped into an oasis of tranquility and privacy with newly created stone walls which surround the property. There is a parking space and a fully automated electric gate which offers safety and privacy.

The Villa apartments are available separetly but also can be rented as one unit for larger groups or family.

Rates - Terms

Affordable prices for all!

Set rates in euro for the Villa.

 * Day rates in EURO for the Villa and overnight stay, prices are subject to alteration without notice

 Rental rates 

All rates are based on price per villa and on occupancy of max 12 persons, extra charge of 10 euro per person per night upto max. 22 persons.

Rates are subject to change without notice and include VAT.

Key pick up arranged with the owner at the villa.

Deposit and Terms

Check in after 15:00 pm

Check out until 11:00 am

When we set up a reservation for you we will ask you to send an advance payment of 30% of the total rent by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings cancelled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, traveller receives a 100% refund.  For bookings cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the stay, traveller receives a 50% refund.  For bookings cancelled up to 15 days before the start of the stay, traveller receives a 25% refund.

Payments transfer costs are not refunded.

Rethymnon, one of the four provinces of Crete, is a town that has retained its traditional look. You can confirm this as you stroll through its old, narrow lanes with the wooden balconies, the tall minarets and the Venetian mansions. The old town, castle and the old port were build by the Venetians at the middle ages. Very popular in Rethymnon are the fish Tavernas, restaurants, traditional art shops and the nightlife. Rethymno offers the largest sandy beach of Crete (12 Km), many awarded beaches, famous tourist resorts on the north and virgin beaches on the south. Our villa is located close to the north coast in a quiet and green mediterranean village. The road towards the beach is interesting, pleasant and quiet.

Instructions how to find us

Once you arrive at the airport (either Chania or Heraklion), you will find the highway E75.  From either airport you follow the direction towards Rethymnon. 

Coming from Chania you pass Georgioupoli and the only little town you will drive through on the national road is Kavros, turn right at the first turn here and drive down the street, at the end again right and after about 1 km you will reach the villa at your right side.  

Coming from Heraklion you pass Rethymnon and after about 12 km you will drive through the only little town on the national road which is Kavros, turn left at the end and drive down the street, at the end turn right again, and after about 1 km you will reach the villa at your right side.

With your reservation you will receive a google-earth placemark from us to find it easier.
